Due to the custom attention all our orders receive, production turnaround times will vary with the custom nature and the size of your order. Production Due to the custom nature of our product turnaround times can vary considerably depending upon the features ordered and the size of the order. Most of our orders process in 4 to 6 weeks. At the time of formal order we can provide a reasonably accurate delivery date commitment. Also, we normally maintain an inventory of some items, especially our popular 1029 duty jacket, for quicker delivery. Payment Due to the nature of producing a truly customized garment we ask for 50% deposit at the time of the formal order. Balance is due upon receipt of the finished products. We can work with whatever payment method you prefer. Just ask if you have unique requirements. Shipping When placing your order, we will be happy to estimate the shipping & handling charges. All orders are shipped UPS ground or US mail at our option. UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day shipping can be arranged upon request. Product Warranty Airtime stands behind all the gear we manufacture 100%. If at any time, any of our products fail due to material or workmanship, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace the product at our expense. This full-service warranty does not apply to damage sustained directly or indirectly from abuse, misuse or general lack of maintenance.
